Three-course meal - sample menu

Three of the dishes available on the menuMay be served as alternate menu.

Entree

  • Peppered beef fillet
    - on a lemon bean salsa, topped with asparagus and béarnaise
  • Grilled chicken and mango
    - with spice macadamia nuts and green beans, laced with virgin olive oil and raspberry vinegar

Main Course

  • Salmon fillet
    - grilled salmon on steamed greens with buttermilk mash and beurre blanc
  • Fillet of beef
    - marinated in port thyme and bayleaf, served on a sweet potato marble mash demi glaze and wild mushroom tartlet

All meals are served with bread rolls and butter and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert

  • A dessert dishSticky date pudding
    - served warm with double cream and butterscotch sauce
  • Vanilla pannecotta
    - with minted fruit compote and poppy seed tuille

Served with freshly brewed tea, coffee and chocolate station.
