  • Dill & vodka ocean trout gravalax
    With a mixed leaf salad & a walnut oil dressing
  • Mixed Asian mushroom risotto
    With a rocket & parmesan olive oil
  • Lemongrass calamari
    With sorrel & spiced papaya
  • Saffron infused silken bean curd
    With wilted baby bok choy in a chilli & palm sugar dressing
  • Sumac poached baby pear with crispy prosciutto
    In a peanut & rocket salad
  • Marinated rare beef fillet strips
    Tossed with artichoke hearts, roast pumpkin seeds, herbed salad and a sweet orange dressing

  • Grilled lamb fillet
    On a bed of Yarra Valley fetta, roast olives, cherry tomatoes, rocket salad with a capsicum coulis
  • Seared corn-fed chicken
    On a bed of braised green lentils with a rich game jus & crispy basil garnish
  • Atlantic salmon en croute
    With spinach & mushroom duxel on a puff pastry case & saffron beurre blanc
  • Pillow pasta & pumpkin ricotta ravioli
    With a red capsicum & roast yellow capsicum coulis
  • Confit & duck
    With a parsnip purée, fresh picked peas and a wild berry jus

All meals are served with bread rolls and butter and seasonal vegetables.
