Entrée

  • Pillow pasta
    With sautéed wild mushrooms, shaved parmesan & chardonnay cream sauce
  • Butternut pumpkin soup
    Rich pumpkin soup flavoured with sour cream, chives, toasted sesame seeds
  • Cream of Desirée roast tomato & smoked garlic
    Rich creamy soup, topped with herbed croutons
  • Char-grilled Mediterranean vegetable terrine
    With a provencale salsa
  • Peppered beef fillet
    With babaganoush and balsamic reduction & wilted spinach
  • Grilled chicken and mango
    With spice macadamia nuts & green beans, laced with virgin olive oil and raspberry vinegar

Main course

  • Chicken breast
    With herb & garlic polenta cake with a macadamia pesto dressing & crispy leeks
  • Lamb rump
    Served on potato gratin with rosemary cream jus
  • Salmon fillet
    Crushed potatoes with garlic Café de Paris butter
  • Pork loin
    Served on potato rosti with pear compote & calvados jus
  • Beef sirloin  
    Marinated in port thyme & bayleaf, served on a sweet potato marble mash with chunky olive tapenade dressing

All meals are served with bread rolls and butter and seasonal vegetables
