Commercial Film & Photography Shoots

Commercial filming and photography includes film, television, advertising, promotional and brand‑related shoots.

Non‑Exclusive Access

• $900.00 (minimum 3 hours)
• $300.00 - additional hours
• $2,200.00 - full day

Exclusive Access

• $1,850.00 (minimum 3 hours)
• $600.00 - additional hours
• $4,100.00 - full day

Exclusive access provides controlled use of approved areas of the site and limits other activities during the agreed timeframe.

Personal Photography Shoots

Personal photography includes engagement, wedding, portrait and family photography sessions.

Non‑Exclusive Access Only

• $75.00 per hour (9:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday & Fridays subject to availability)
• $150.00 per hour (after business hours)

Personal photography sessions are limited to approved areas and must not disrupt farm operations or other visitors.
